This Privacy Policy explains how Rona Elevators & Escalators ("we", "us") handles information in the Rona LMS mobile application (the "App"), an internal employee training platform. By using the App you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

The App is account-based; you sign in with credentials provided by your organization. We collect:

• Contact information — your name, email address and phone number, as held in your training account.
• Profile photo — an optional picture you choose to upload as your avatar.
• Account identifier — a user ID used to sign you in and associate your training records.
• Training activity — your course enrolments, lesson progress, quiz attempts and results, and certificates earned.

We do not collect your location, financial information, health data, contacts, or browsing history, and the App contains no third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

2. How we use your information

We use the information solely to operate the training service, specifically to:

• authenticate you and keep your account secure;
• deliver assigned and available courses, lessons, subtitles and quizzes;
• record your progress and issue completion certificates;
• send in-app notifications about training (e.g. new or mandatory courses, deadlines).

All processing is for app functionality. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

3. How your information is shared

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Your data is visible to your organization's authorized administrators and trainers for training-management purposes, and is processed by infrastructure providers that host the service on our behalf under appropriate safeguards. We may disclose information if required by law.

4. Data storage & security

Data is stored on our secured server infrastructure and transmitted over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Sign-in credentials on your device are kept in the operating system's secure keychain. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information; however, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

5. Data retention

We retain your account and training records for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet your organization's record-keeping requirements. When an account is removed, associated personal data is deleted or anonymized.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. As this is an employer-provided app, such requests are handled together with your organization's administrator. Contact us using the details below.

7. Children's privacy

The App is intended for employees and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a revised effective date and, where appropriate, released with a new version of the App.
